John Howes is a lawyer and lobbyist. He serves as Senior Director of Government Affairs & Legislative Counsel for the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) in Washington, D.C. He consults multi-billion dollar companies that build and operate wireless networks.
Howes has worked in the U.S. Congress as Counsel for Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur. He has been an active member of the Lithuanian-American Community since he was a child, and now he devotes a lot of time to supporting Lithuanian community efforts.
