Jonathan Baer is the Managing Partner of Threshold Ventures, a venture advisory firm he founded in Silicon Valley in 2000. He previously served as a General Partner at a pioneering Sand Hill Road venture capital firm.

Based in Silicon Valley, he is the co-author of Decoding Silicon Valley: The Insider’s Guide. He is a self-described recovering venture capitalist.
